Sophie Felix started her professional career in Project Management at a large post-World War II private residential development (Stuyvesant Town and Peter Cooper Village), which was located on the east side of New York City and owned by MetLife Inc.

After a couple summers of working at the 80 acre complex as a summer youth employee, Sophie was hired full-time following high school graduation. Two years later, Sophie was offered a manager position but ultimately decided to relocate to Georgia because of its fascinating real estate market. It was at this time that Sophie purchased her first new construction home in Lithonia, Georgia. The move was invigorating, brought excitement, a sense of personal satisfaction, and provided a glimpse into what the Real Estate industry had to offer!

After putting college on hold a few times, Sophie ironically began her seventeen-year career in higher education, which only motivated her to obtain her Bachelor's degree in Sociology and her Master's degree in Professional Counseling. In an effort to share her experiences and motivate youth despite their circumstances, Sophie established a 501c3 in 2016 named Skilled Programs Inc, which focuses on providing at-risk youth with positive exposure, exploration, and skill building opportunities.

Sophie is often referred to as a Change Agent, Authentic Living Enthusiast, and THE IDEAL REALTOR® who empowers her clients to live authentically through successful real estate transactions. In her spare time, Sophie enjoys watching dance choreographies, gardening, spa days, and interacting with her feathered friends.
